Horrible experience. I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Never had a problem until today. I came into the store to buy more hair supplies like I usually do and unfortunately one of the dry shampoos I bought last time did not work when I tried to use it at home (nothing came out). When I was paying at the cashier I showed them the dry shampoo spray bottle and asked for an exchange. The boy cashier said the bottle feels “lighter” and claimed I used the bottle and tried returning it. I said that could not be because nothing comes out, he kept claiming I might of used it and it stopped in the middle and they won’t take it back. Which if it was even the case, the store should exchange it as the product WAS NOT CONSUMED. I’ve spent THOUSANDSSSS of dollars here. Why would I lie about a $30 bottle? Clearly didn’t bother to check the account before assuming as I do not need to steal $30 from a store I come back quite often. Taking myself somewhere else DISGRACE. Claiming customers steal from them??? LOW I left everything there INCLUDING the supposed “used dry shampoo” in disbelief that I was called basically a thief. BEWARE, they may put it back and claim it’s on you!!! Not a store that should be part of this community of HONEST PEOPLE

I visit this popcorn beauty supply store several times a week, and I always look for Jane when I need help. She is incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. Whenever I have questions, she explains everything clearly and helps me find exactly what I need. Her product knowledge is impressive, and she always takes the time to help customers with a great attitude. Every time I come in, she makes the shopping experience pleasant and comfortable. Customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Jane is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming back to this store. If you visit this shop, I highly recommend asking for Jane .. she will take great care of you.

The staff in this store is amazing. They take their time and attend to customers. They are wonderful from the owners of this establishment to the entire staff. Thank you all for being professional and respectful to the customers. Respectfully yours: A dedicated customer for a lifetime. I have been going there for years.

My first time visiting this location and I was very impressed. Johnston helped me with purchasing a hair topper. He was friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very attentive especially the gentleman at the register. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. This is a great store for one stop shopping. I did compare prices to Walmart, Target, and Amazon and everything was in the same ballpark. My biggest issue with Amazon is if I order a lipstick for example, it comes in a box the size of a shoebox. Besides we need to shop local and keep are brick and mortar stores thriving. They carry name brands and have an incredibly wide variety of products. I recommend this location. It was clean and well organized. I’ll be back!

So my girlfriend and I was just in there today, 02/04/2026 and she loves this store, however, while we were in there today it felt like we were being watched and followed the whole time, I counted 7 times the workers came by to surveil us as opposed to seeing if she needed any help. 1 out of the 7 times a nice employee actually offered a basket to us, which was appreciated, but it got to the point where I got annoyed and wanted to leave ASAP. Beware if you’re a person of color and need to look at ingredient lists like we are and we do. To the employee who gave us the basket two thumbs up, to the other employees who made us uncomfortable 87 thumbs down.
